Thrawn can ability block Fulcrum?

Not a complaint. Just trying to wrap my head around the mechanics correctly. I think it's pretty cool actually.

I'm pretty sure that is how it works and he can also fracture her. Ahsoka is still waiting for the Jedi and rebel pass
