My TFP is Gear 11 and fully modded, and this ability block is resisted more than I would like to see. I suppose I am just unlucky. At least if I put StHan as the main target, the odds of him to resist both the ability block and the buff immunity is almost zero (no wonder he says not to tell him th odds) meaning no StHan taunt :)
