Tier V Fleet challenge

I could beat easily the tier V of Tarkin with very bad ships but i cant beat the challenge for Ackbar and Windu with better ships (all > lvl 82 which was the supposed requirement). How to beat ackbar ...

I managed to beat Mace, even though I have done nothing to Mace (character level 1, and capital ship and abilities all level 1). My Ackbar is tier 9 gear, fully modded, and maxed out level and abilities on capital ship, and I cant beat it yet. Yeah, this makes sense lol.
