I don't understand why they even list the possibility of 7 if the most you're ever likely to receive is 5. Why not just say the maximum is five rather than make this yet another example of them jerking us around and annoying us with nonsense. I guess frustrated people open their wallets faster, so every little pin poke of annoyance that can be thrown at you puts you one step closer to the bottom line.
