It's burning people out, even myself there are days I only do the daily and nothing else. Which can hurt the guild overall. GA I miss attacks alot, TW I'll set some D than not even check out the rest. The game is so close to myself leaving. If I wasn't a guild leader I would have left already.
If that's the example you're providing for your guild, I'm not surprised people are leaving your group
