The Acolyte, which aired in 2024, introduced several fresh and compelling characters to the Star Wars universe.
Characters like Mae, Osha, Master Sol, and the mysterious Sith figure each bring unique traits and combat potential that could add new depth and creativity to SWGOH.
Notably, Master Sol is portrayed by Lee Jung-jae, the global star of Squid Game, who will return to screens in Squid Game Season 3 this June.
Including a character played by such a high-profile actor could draw interest from both Star Wars fans and a broader global audience.
We’ve already seen how characters from The Mandalorian and Andor helped breathe new life into the game. Why not do the same with The Acolyte?
