Let me spend money on allies

We have a whole tab for buying gifts for guildmates but why not allies? I'm in a high end guild and my friends with smaller accounts cant join a guild like mine. I'd love to be able to buy them the occasional lsb to help them out. But if I want to do that, I'd have to leave my guild and join theirs unless they're in my guild. I'm not sure why this isnt a feature to begin with since you guys are all about making more money. So let us buy gifts for allies like we can guildmates.
