If the gear isn't removed I'm out.
Agreed.
And whether it impacted 1 percent or a single person, it should not matter."Dory_the_Dolphin;505733" wrote:
It was tier 7 raid rewards, top 3. As a positive to all this we can draw some statistics. Getting 2 full pieces out of 50 raids makes me think that the chance of a full piece is less than 5% which make HONEST progress in this game insanely slow by any standard.
Fixed that for you"Asic;505738" wrote:
I think it's against TOS talking about refunds, but if someone were so kind as to PM me how I would appreciate it.
Same here would like to know the process"Dory_the_Dolphin;505733" wrote:
You haven't played much games if you really think this is the game with the fewest bugs/flaws...
If you really think it's ok for a game where a lot of people have spend around $500,- or more to contain this many bugs and this amount of inequality than you shouldn't be replying on this topic anymore.
I'm fine that you are f2p and enjoying this but a lot of people paid to be competetive only to see others abusing and exploiting the system.
I agree, that's a fair point too. My main point was that the excessive raid gear supply that some people got was taken away, i.e. the guy with 237 raid who does not seem legit from that screenshot."Pindasauskanon;505699" wrote:
he did 50 raids and got 2 full gear pieces? Right, did he do tier 1 raids?
Fact is people are seeing friends and guildmates keeping all their exploited stuff. Right after the devs said they would take it all back. Past has shown us they have problems removing gear, shards etc. (think about the vader exploit, precraft etc.) I really doubt they can remove all the stuff.

The guy with 237 raids seems legit. here is the screenshot again.

50 top 3 finishes get you, 2000 salvage pieces, 40 million credits, 40k guild currency and 500 han shards or something? And some other purple stuff. I'm not too happy if they would get to keep this."MilkNudders;505764" wrote:

Hahaha 237 raids, but don't worry and go to sleep, everything is under control.
I'm sorry CG but I'm asking for a refund, you really made some critical flaws that messed this game so much, you can't fix it anymore.
The balance was already messed up by the precraft debacle and if it wasn't, it is now. Looking forward to your next lie about another 1% users that exploited.
And only .5% of those did it more than once
It shouldn't matter if it was a single player doing it once. It should be corrected.- Lol, I posted 1 word post, saying "unacceptable" and it was censored and removed.
- It is against TOS to talk about refunds and exploits; possibly or not because of agreements with Android and Apple. That said, lying to get a refund (1) is equal or worse than the ill gotten gear* (2) Apple or Google refund the money, not EA/CG so it doesn't affect them as one may think.
*just as the exploit gives people an unfair advantage that directly impacts our game experience in a negative way so does lying to get a refund but on a larger scale. It may impacts future refunds for ligitimite reasons in a negative manner. Lying for a refund is like stealing cold medicine; sure you need some because you are ill, but by stealing it raises the price for everyone else. Just my $.02
@EA_Jesse , your our only hope; along with @BentWookiee for being as fair as possible to allow our voices to be heard. "C3POwn;505792" wrote:

They insta closed my thread that you are referring to. It didn't violate the TOS and was the exact same thing as this thread. Oh and they banned me from starting new threads because of it..
Odd. I wonder what's going through their minds.- @Doga
Why would you lie for a refund.
As a matter of fact it's in the service agreement of Google or Apple what can be refunded and what not. Google or Apple doesn't want to be linked with a game that has many many unsatisfied customers and will agree with your refund.
If I spend over $500,- on this game and Poegate, geargate and guildgate (vader exploit) are all unpunished, why would it be a lie to ask for a refund?
Are your standards that low? Are you being fooled into this new way of gaming where you have to test everything yourself and pay big for it? Game is filled with bugs and the occassional exploit and you defend this debacle?
I know people asked refunds for less than this. There was a refund frenzy when Clash of Clans messed up their farming structure. Everyone got their money back. - That's it for me, have applied for a refund on every dollar I wasted on this game. It's just exploit after exploit with this game, and the honest consumers are getting left further and further behind. EA/CG do not communicate with players, won't fix longstanding problems, and can't control bad elements of the playerbase. A bunch of players just stole 10x what I've paid for over the past 6 months, all in the space of 90 minutes, and it appears they're going largely unpunished. That completely eclipses and invalidates my original outlay, and makes me eligible for a refund in my opinion.
