Time to "movie farm"
I think with first order tie pilot coming as login toon, we need to be ready for movie release content coming soon. Highly likely we will need resistance and first order teams at full 7* for new toons...

In terms of gearing for legendary events, some good advice I have a hard time following myself is to grind the gear the required toons need, but don't apply it to them (beyond g7/g8). Try the event a few times without the gear. If you feel you're way overmatched, bump one of the toons up to the next gear level, and try again. Eventually the extra power or RNG will let you win. The rest of the gear you saved up can be distributed to other toons (or better, saved for the next pending event).
