Today' platoons... seriously?
Today's platoons need: 15 Leila 15 Biggs 14 Wedge 13 Lando .... and should we fight with rebels...?

I'm going to be honest, I don't use any of those toons in missions, and I have all of them gear 11 maxed out. They usually end up getting donated.
Best advice for any guild is develop your Resistance and Rogue One teams. I end up using those teams a lot in TB's.
Also, get Zarriss. Adding her to a team automatically boosts their survivability.
All that said, yeah those platoon requirements are a tad high. We had double digit Wedge and Lando platoon requirements today, but not 14 and 13 (I believe we needed 10 of each).
