Toon Protection update?

I believe devs mentioned that a huge portion of the older toons would be getting their protection updated with Title update comin, I know they listed the characters who will be getting this, but anyway to find out the exact update to each toon?

We won't know until the update happens. They stated it was a "case by case" basis and not a general boost.

My guess is that happens on the 25th.

Yeah I assumed when it happens.. aka the title update, was more curious if they would tell us before the change comin for each toon
