Regarding mods, I would put max speed on Datcha. As leader, he has a chance to remove TM with his basic, and so does any assist he calls. Double—up every time he attacks.
If you can't solo the whole phase yet, you could add Rex to the team and possibly also QGJ. My experience is, that they help quite a bit early on. As you get more comfortable with everytjing, you can remove QGJ again (first) followed by Rex.
