Tuskens are one of the worst team in the game, especially in the new Raid

Tuskens are able to max out the top 2 tiers. From what I have seen - Hutt Cartel, Mandalorians (not counting the Bando cheese), and Tuskens are all able to hit the perfect 2.7M. Jawas are getting close (1.6M), same as Old Republic (2.4M) - it's probably only a matter of time until they max out too. So using that metric of max damage, they would be in a three way tie at the top.
The one shortcoming of the Tuskens is they need to be high relics. An all R6 team (and lower) struggles, because they can't access the D5 and D6 modifiers (extra momentum, TM, Health and Protection (stacking) and extra damage based on momentum) - this is what helps the Tuskens put out significant amounts of damage.
