We are not getting rewards from territory war due to not meeting the 50 banner requirements. I have attempted attacks but due to my low GP and available squads I was not able to beat any of the teams ...

2 defensive squads = 60 banners. If it's a question of "meeting defensive requirements" then you should have your guild change their requirements to allow all members to set at least 2 teams.
