Twars no rewards for lvl65's

So just looking at what I've got around 6,000 GP (power) closest I've got is 5700 kylo ren 4* g8 abilities 6/6/5/5. I think having g7 5* should do that and they might have it if they went phoenix? Also my kylo is unmodded and I know I'm lvl 83 but shouldn't be that hard?
