And because there is nothing in this game (to my knowledge) that requires his ulti. Everything he can accomplish he can accomplish without his ulti. While it might make it easier in some cases, it's really not worth at all 144 LS ticket + 10 ultimaterial. It is really safe to say that JML-s ulti is underpowered.
