Unable to log into the webstore.

I have had an issue since the webstore came out, but before now I haven't been bothered enough to try to fix it. The issue is I will go on the game, press EA Connect, and this screen will open, telling me there is an error. I don't know what the issue is. Has anyone else had this problem?
