unable to start a raid
started my own guild just so i can do raids, i have over 9k tickets but the option to start a raid is locked out so cant start one, is this a bug or something im doing wrong

- 90k tickets required. Not 9k. Join a guild full of actives, or you'll be only a few raids a year.
