Gearing him up isn't going to guarantee a win, but it will allow you to target someone and ability block them for 2 turns outside of a taunt, and also ability block pretty much everyone else for at least 1 turn. Ability block is very useful against Chirrut, and Buff Immunity from TFP is very useful against GK. It's still gonna be a battle, but if you can kill at least one or maybe two of them (Hopefully GK and Chirrut first) and then take a second team in you don't have to worry about GK's leader ability and Chirrut's unique will no longer apply to Baze.
