Underage account

Hey, ive been playing for almost 3 years now and cant recall if I even had the option to choose age. Now im stuck with no chat and the awful name ”Mol Eliza” which puts me in a disadvantage. Is there anything anyone can do for this? Starting over isnt an option.

    It sucks. I did the same with my alt account since my 7 year old daughter was playing it with me. It is super annoying but as far as I have looked there is no way to change it.

    The worse part is there also appears to be no way to move the account to a new device. With my main account, if my phone dies, i log in to google play on my new one and lose nothing.

    On my alt if the tablet it's on dies, I'm out of luck.

    So if i didnt get an option to choose my age, would that put me as 0 years old? Only 15 years to go till i can truly enjoy the game...
