When you say both guilds have 50/50 players, are you able to set 25 defensive teams per zone? That would mean both guilds have full participation of all members. Otherwise, the matching is done according to the Active Galactic Power, accumulated only from participating members. Total Guild Galactic Power does not play a part in matching for Territory Wars.
