I'm waiting. I'll do what I always do. I'll create a spreadsheet and note all of the gear and relic mats I need and farm them all so that I am ready. Reallocate my daily crystal income and shop priorities as needed.
But, at it's core, this is a resource management game and I never like to "spend too soon". What does a R3 RT get you now? Or R7 JTR? I would rather wait and make sure the effort is worth the reward while being prepared for it.
The down side of applying the upgrades now is that it will imporve your Top 80 GP, altering your GAC bracket for a mediocre set up upgrades at the moment. This, I believe, is the true unintended consequence of GLR and GLK.
