General Idea: A non-combatant who will reveal his true colours when left alone.
Palpatine will have no attacking moves, but would have Assist Calls and Buffs. Although he only belongs to the GR faction, he would also give benefits to Clone Troopers, Sith, and Separatists, referencing his obvious connections with each.
However, when he is the only character on his team at the start of his turn, his unique “It’s Treason, then” would activate, where he pulls out a lightsaber and replaces his Basic and Special(s) with attacking moves, including potentially a one-time instant kill move in the form of his torpedo looking strike in RotS.
