If you posted in a thread and have the option to get notifications for discussions you've commented in you will always get notifications for that thread.

And this is exactly what I'm after. When I post in a thread, I get notifications for replies. Most of the time, this is useful and good. Occasionally, it becomes annoying and starts hiding notifications I care about, like when I respond to a megathread.
