I'd think the thing to do would be to go to the new player help section and ask, "How does one take down KRU, he 4 on 1'd me" and get some constructive help.
As always, game like these tend towards increasing player frustration - not alleviating - as this is what turns a % of people into paying customers. The tiniest touch of humility and a simple question would get you way further.
