I guess I'm questioning your arena team if you can't out dps KRUs heal.
I only have 1 KRU team in my shard around my rank and I beat it pretty easily with my Titans. Work on your arena team or mix it up a bit. Throw in somebody who stuns him, that helps out a lot.
