Get rid of all payout times. Highest ranking each day earns your reward. Take your run at it when its convenient for life. Problem solved.

You can still have your collusion to reach higher rankings in your shard chat if you want that.
You can still spend crystals to push higher in rankings when needed, and arguably more likely to do so as you know its not a waste of time on those days where you cant be on exactly in the run up to payout time.

Is there any legitimate reason to not change rewards to a system like this?
