Some of my guildies already have the update, but I don't... Got the in-game message, but nothing happens. Nothing in the store too, android user btw. Is it normal?

RESOLVED.
Deleted some app data to clear up space. Install worked first time.
Getting same message. The Google Troubleshooting tips aren't of any help either.
