Vader hitting through foresight.
Can someone please tell me if this is how vaders attacks are supposed to work?

Though, Vader's basic will hit through foresight, it won't remove the buff. So it will stick for the next hit.
*edit I am wrong. I was pretty sure I seen it stick. Perhaps it was pre Patch or I am wrong all together.
