Vader rework
I think it's time to rework Vader. We are being inundated with Rebels because of Rogue One, and I dont think we're done seeing new Rebel toons yet, plus the Wiggs-Lando is meta on many servers right ...

--add Rebels to his anti-Jedi basic.
--immunity to turn meter reductions (fits the Empire theme of grinding inevitability)
