Vaders ship? No tounements the how can you get it???

With all the talk or no more tournaments then how are the non cash players supposed to get the advanced tie one??? I know EA is here to make money but is it truly fair for us to start to get shards and now be told the only way is to buy packs that only guarantee 4 shards a pack with 80 needed to receive it...
When is enough; enough????
