Vader speed calculation

By my calculations your Vader would be 238 speed. (But if Palp is counted as +8 for Sith and +8 for Empire, then it should be 246.)

Neither did I. Seems strange, Vader being his own ally.

He will be 254 before it counts the speed for your enemies.

Why 254 and not 246? He gets 7x8 speed?

Need 4 more speed, if i did my math right that's 246 speed on vader

Vader would have a total 262 speed in this scenario.

He gets 16 speed each for himself and EP since they are both sith and Empire. He'll get 8 speed each for the rest of sith/empire on your squad and then he'll get 8 speed for the opposing rebel. If that rebel is Old ben he would get 16 speed because he is both rebel and jedi.

So he gets a doubled bonus for Palpatine? I did not know that. I thought, he gets a bonus for himself because some abilities work that way. To go faster than Thrawn at 249 speed he would need to have +8 speed for himself being there and +16 for Palpatine?

The description days that he gets +8 for every ally/opponent that matches one of the stated conditions. Getting 32 Speed for just being there with Palp is huge.

Btw, this is not my Vader, I was wondering why he is so fast. Moreover, and this is the real problem: he has 80% potency in total and easily lands Dots on toons with more than 100% tenacity.

And another Vader, even faster, with only 65% potency in total also easily lands Dots on my toons with more than 100% tenacity. So tenacity is worthless unless Rex or Chirrut buff it up to 1 Million %.

Yes. 2 for EP, 2 for him, 1 for each of your other allies for a total of 7 boosts. Then add x*8 for whatever enemies fit the bill.
