value of critical avoidance

hi all i am trying to evaluate how effective critical avoidance is? by rearranging mods on my shoretrooper, hp+prot/(1-armor) value may go up by like %5. But i have to give up %21 critical avoidan...

It's meh, speed and speed are more important. Just farm speed and put potency on EP health for most others. Speed plus Dooku = ridiculous.
