But I have already been told by support, that I have received the max compensation possible on my account, and they close off any ticket I make. I had 400 crystals lost to lag (Managed to spend 450 crystals trying to refresh regular energy for 50) and support wouldn't even grant me 400 measly crystals (like 2$ value?)
Now his other account got banned....dang...haha
