Veterans drop rate

Is it just me or are the drop rates for Veteran Han and Vet Chewie terrible? They already cost an arm and a leg in energy but watching 300+ cantina being flushed down the drain for 5 or 6 shards is di...

Basically I have 10 shards per day (sometimes less sometimes more). Im using additional cantina refreshes 3x100 which sux imo
