Tarkin with palpatein lead gets a free turn when he casts intimidation tactics. I have him full potency mods. In fights he leads with it and sticks O-down on whole team. He will keep O-down applied throughout entire match as long as he stays alive. TM gains allow him to aoe immediately after. Which is low damage but may rip TM from enemy. His basic is good but nothing crazy like Rey and his health is poor. Veers is the weak link on my full empire squad he does no damage.
The issue is that on defense he opens with AOE :/
