View and Manage Gear?

Is there a way to look at and manage your gear? If so, can you see what characters will have a need for it in the future?

GG is a fantastic website. Even without syncing you can look at a character and in hat gear they need at a given level which makes forward planning fantastic. QGJ for instance needs to bits of 50 shard raid gear to move from gear level 8 to 9 but after that roadblock he's quite easy to gear further. GG has greatly helped me make those decisions
