We've reached the end of the official cadence and this is still not farmable. What gives?

My wish...that they place it in some middle DS or LS node with interesting gear in there.
My bet... it will be on ship battles nodes. My biggest fear and with some probability if you take in consideration the last months... they will place it on GET store :).
