I don't get it? You need a 7* Wat Tambor to get 40 Wat Tambor Sharts? Wat Disney genius thought this up?

Is this poster a bit slow? Is this a joke? The image of a GET 2 Token and 40 underneath as a reward for the mission where Wat is a required character, seems super self-explanatory.
