way out leveled in galactic warfare
is it typical to have to battle characters that are 11+ levels higher than my best characters in galactic warfare. I am level 68 with my highest toon being 65 and i am getting people that are level 79...

Yeah, this has been an issue for a long time now. They don't seem in any kind of hurry to fix the algorithm they use for determining your opponents.
It does however help if you can build up multiple teams, so you don't have one group at a much higher power level than the rest of your roster. Also, using several different teams early in GW gets you turn meter that can come in handy later on.
But unfortunately these will only help so much until they get a more rational matching system.
