They may come. They may not. The clones are a nigh infinite well of characters unlikely to ever be fully tapped because, well... they're clones.
But each set of clones and units are unique in skills and what they bring to the table.
Cody should have a squad under GK.

Rex should have the 501st with Anakin
Commander Appo under Anakin

And I am not above letting Sidious have Commander Fox and the Royal Shock Troopers.
The clones are specialized even though they all look like Jango, their training is complex and each unit completely different which would bring interesting diversity and possibilities to GeoTB.
