No EL requirement is mentioned for the others. It doesn't necessarily mean that only Kleya is required. Why would you assume that you can unlock Cassian at 4* with only 1 Marquee upgraded? That's ridiculous.

OP, I must be stupid, because I don't see conflicting information here.
Just answer this: In the post, the only character that must be EL 45 is Kleya. In game, the only character that must be EL 45 is Dedra. Can you admit that these pieces of information conflict? It's a simple question.

Correct, no EL requirement is mentioned for the others. Therefore, it does not exist. They only need to be 4 stars. I'm not assuming anything. I'm reading the actual text of the requirements: marquees 1–5 at 4 stars, one—before Kleya, now Dedra—must be EL 45.

Fair. It's not a huge deal. Nothing about this would prevent anyone from getting him. But I've been hoarding crystals to get ready for the event, and I'd like to get Cassian right away to hopefully get more Era Currency, even if just for a little while before others catch up.
Look, there's not much to argue about. I probably overreacted. But I am annoyed at the moved goalpost. And I do think you're being very obtuse by denying that there's been any change or contradiction.
You make fair points. I just can't be bothered to get annoyed about anything Coliseum related because I'm just entirely apathetic about it. Era characters do not exist. They're dust on the wind until they become real characters. I don't care if they're level 45 or 65 by the end of their Era. I will enough gear to get them to G13 anyway.
And whether or not one Marquee is required at EL 45 to unlock Cassian, or all 6, it shouldn't matter. You will be able to get all 6 to around EL 65 F2P, this is explicitly the design of Era crap. You will have a 4-star Cassian. Getting him right away or a week later---again, I don't care. The biggest impact of R10 so far is making Leviathan more annoying to deal with if you don't have your own DR at R10 and the opponent does. I have 20 servomotors stashed in case of a future R10 requirement (whenever Spider Maul is released to non-whales). Apart from that, R10 is like Era "characters": dust on the wind.
CG has worse communication skills than a rock. My first assumption is always that they posted wrong info by accident rather than on purpose.
