Same here, but it’s the same for EA Desktop and for HoME for last couple of days/weeks so probably they messed it up good.

Now it doesn't even work. I get the code, I accept and it does nothing.

Except I wanted to add, I claimed yesterday's then tried to claim today's about 15 minutes apart, and I _still_ had to get another code after logging in to the game.
