Web store issues

Am I the only one experiencing issues with accessing the web store? I have tried getting a code sent to my email and have checked the spam folder and refreshed for about 10 minutes now. How do I fix this? Could the webstore be made so you don't need a code sent to your email every time? It would be nice if it was a once and done deal btu the constant logging in makes me not want to do it.
