In the last 5 days I was trying to access my webstore, I receive the code on my email but every time appear error login

- I already contacted in game support but have no clue if you will solve this problem. One month gone and still have no solution for this problem!
- It's probably a problem with your EA account - try resetting your password
- have you even connected your accoun with EA ingame via settings?
- I already tried everything, even the support has no idea how to solve this problem ?
