I was curious to know from all the folks who are in the same boat as I am (waiting for a resolution on a LSB I purchased on 12/24 and only received crystal) whether you purchased from the webstore or...

12/26 Webstore. No resolution since contact with support on the same day and the same LSB also re-appeared for purchase in the webstore.
