Other than the slicing materials almost everything in the new store that was for sale for crystals was already available in the store for crystals. I would guess most whales spend crystals to refresh the store when they want so likely already get stuff as fast as they want.
At least this store only refreshes once a week and refreshes can't be bought. That limits the exclusive deals of the store to the amount that is in there. The nonexclusive items aren't limited but they weren't before.
Ftp can spend crystals too so just because somethinh is only for crystals doesn't make it for whales only. I buy gear and shards from the regular store for crystals frequently and I have not soent a cent of real money. But with 500 to 700 crystals a day from arena and dailies, you can get enough for a 1500 crystal purchase pretty quick.
