Weird Mod Anomaly With Primary Stats

So I have QGJ, and he has the following Mods applied to him
Mk II-E Health Transmitter (Primary Stat +17 Offense, no Secondary Stats)
Mk I-E Health Receiver (Primary Stat +1% Critical Avoidance, no Secondary Stats)
Mk I-D Health Processor (Primary Stat +4 defense, Secondary Stat +1 Speed)
Mk I-E Health Holo-Array (Primary Stat +1 Critical Hit, No Secondary Stats)
Mk I-E Health Data-Bus (Primary Stat +60 Health, No Secondary Stats)

As I have 6 Health Mods, I got the +30% Health bonus.

But when I click on the stats under the character, I get the following bonuses from Mods (starting with the ones I cant explain why I get them from mods):
+41 Strength,
+41 Agility,
+52 Int
+2425 Health (of 10054 normal)

Why am I getting +base stats from these mods? Why is the health bonus +2425? 10% bonus should be above +1000 hp, so I would assume 3 of those should be around 3k+ not only 2425 (and then add the +60 hp after the % bonus I assume)

These are the changes I could explain:
+1 Speed (I assume this is the Processor)
+1% Physical Critical Hit chance (I assume this is the Holo-Array)
+1% Special Critical Hit chance (I assume this is the Holo-Array)
+ 0.75% Armor (I assume this is the Processor)
+ 0.64% Resistance (I assume this is the Processor)
+17 Physical Damage (I assume this is the Transmitter)
+17 Special Damage (I assume this is the Transmitter)
+ 1% Special Critical Avoidance (I assume this is the receiver)
+1% physical critical hit avoidance (I assume this is the Reciever)

  • Well, I think I might have solved the health issue. It seems the real base was 7629. The 10054 (the part in white) was AFTER applying the mods.

    Still not sure how/why these base stats got added in.

    Edit: Ah now I see, this is a bug. The Base stats are still from the gear (the other gear related states have been removed from the display, but not the base stats). I'll note this in the correct forum for bugs now.
