Well, I don't think anybody is suggesting taking away the large quantities. However, why can't we have both? I'm happy to keep you happy, but why can't I be happy too?

Well, fine for mod slicing material maybe. I rarely use the currency for that, so I can't really comment. I tend to use my 3 refreshes of energy a day and only buy mats in a pinch. However, for gear and credits I'd like both options, but I find the lower amounts much more useful.
Gear is largely obsolete. We're going to need way less of it than before bc the progress we make in coliseum allows us to skip the g1-g11 gear on every marquee toon, which is most toons.
You're still doing your daily challenges, so you're still getting a bunch of gear to catch up on old toons and that catching up no longer has to compete with the priority to gear up new toons.
And since the prices are the same, the only benefit to smaller quantities is making sure that no one needs to plan ahead, bc it takes so long to spend your raid currency so you've always got something to spend when you have a deficit crop up.
And, okay, maybe you like that.
But having more choices comes with endless scrolling to find what you need. That's a pain for everyone. So keeping the total number of items in the store similar (or even dropping it a bit) helps everyone. Putting back the small lots helps... just people who don't want to plan ahead.
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
Or the one.
I'm not saying your preference isn't legit, but I'd rather the store remove even more options and/or allow you to click on one of the three raid currencies and see ONLY the options for that currency. The raid store is already frustrating to use. I don't want them to make scrolling more tedious than it is now.

Speak for yourself, Seedy, I've still got a ton of toons who need gear, as will newer and new players.

I know it’s hard to believe but for some reason there are brand spanking new players who might finally have been able to do a raid of some sort and believe me you don’t get diddly squat for raid currency doing OG raids. Before the change our new player friend could’ve probably scored a couple different pieces of gear and maybe some credits or whatever. Now the change happens and BOOM it’ll take a new guy 3-5 raids to buy maybe one gear piece. We all aren’t at the end game level yet. I don’t know what player level you have to be to unlock Era toon Captivity and the pure hot sweaty garbage game mode Coliseum but it only benefits captive toons.
