What are Shards

Arena leaderboards. You're on a leaderboard/shard with other players who started at the same time as you which means you have no advantage or disadvantage over anyone else time wise in your arena.

Essentially leaderboards. There are many different pvp arena and fleet leadersboards. Each person belongs to one of each.
